Online Owner education
A comprehensive, welfare-led educational programme for dog owners.
Learn how to care for and groom your animals safely, confidently, and with their wellbeing at the centre of every decision.
Our courses are designed for owners who want clear, responsible guidance — not guesswork, outdated advice, or risky shortcuts.
Whether you are learning to groom a dog, guinea pig, or another small pet, each course focuses on understanding the animal first, then applying safe and practical grooming techniques.
Education that protects comfort, health, and long-term welfare.
Welfare-First Education
THE LEARNING APPROACH
True grooming success is built on a foundation of trust. We teach owners to perceive the world from a canine perspective, focusing on consent-based handling and stress recognition. This approach ensures that every home grooming session is not just safe, but emotionally supportive for your dog.
Knowledge is empowerment. By mastering welfare-led techniques, you move beyond guesswork to informed care. Our course focuses on making the right decision for your dog in the moment—whether that means adapting a clip, using a specific tool, or knowing when to stop entirely.
Meet Your Instructor
Rosie Hall
Hello, I’m Rosie. I created these courses to bridge the gap between technical skill and true animal welfare. With a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma and deep roots in animal management and behaviour, I believe that every dog owner deserves the tools to care for their pet with professional-level insight and compassion.
My teaching approach is warm, friendly, and practical. I’m not just here to show you how to use clippers; I’m here to empower you to read your dog’s stress signals, choose the right tools for their specific coat, and know exactly when to proceed or pause for their comfort. Together, we can transform home grooming into a calm, bonding experience built on trust and expertise.

Why Education Matters
Many grooming problems occur because owners simply haven’t been given clear guidance.
Without understanding coat needs, stress signals, or safe handling techniques, grooming can quickly become stressful for both animal and owner.
Education allows grooming to become what it should be: A calm, supportive part of responsible pet care.
